Exchange Policy


You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order call our customer care at 918369140527. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order.

  • We provide all our customers with an exchange for any orders only if we are informed within 24 hours of opening the parcel. Also customer will have to email us photographs of the product so we can identify the defect if any. Please note that in case of an exchange the customer will have to ship the product back to us.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used and will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Customers can also exchange products by visiting any of our stores within 7 days. Locate our stores here. The product should be unused & tags have to be intact. Customers are requested to carry bill with them.
  • For minor colour and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund.

Products purchased during the Sale period :

Sale items can only be exchanged during the sale period. Once the sale period is over the products cannot be exchanged.
